Here are some common questions about Zomlex services.

General Questions
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. You can submit as many design request as you need, and we will process them on a queue basis. This does mean that designs are completed individually, but it also guarantees top quality design work for each request.
Is there a maximum amount I can send at once?
Not at all, we know that some projects will need a large amount of completed designs to get moving, so we welcome bulk orders. However, due to the queue system we use, each design will be completed on an individual basis and the next will not be started until the first is complete. Advanced plan allows you to request two projects at a time.
How do revisions work?
Once you have received your design, you are free to request as many revisions as necessary. When we receive your revision request, we will give you an estimate for delivery, this is usually one working day, however, more complex changes will be given an extended delivery estimate to ensure quality.
Can I request web design services?

Of course! Though, it will take longer than the usual delivery quotations, depending on whether any additional services are needed to fulfill the request. Depending on complexity and number of pages, we normally time quote websites design 7-10 business days. Zomlex also offers a website developement services for PRO Plan users. 

Will you process requests at the weekend?
Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (UTC-08:00). Our designers are human and need time to rest their hands and brains ready to create great graphic design work during the week, so any requests received during the weekend will be processed and responded to first thing on Monday (unless it’s a national holiday).
Do I own the work?

The work (intellectual property) we create for your company is owned by you and your business. You can use it in any way you wish. Please note, there may be other considerations like photography or design elements from stock websites, that are outside of our ownership or control. 

Submitting Tasks
How does submission work?

We accept small design requests by email. We’re here to make the process as seamless for you as possible. Simply send us your request at hello@zomlex.com and we’ll get to work. For large project we made online brifs to fill up. All form you can find here www.zomlex.com/tasks/

What do I need to tell you during submission?

It depends on the task. Usually, most customers will include the following info:

  • Reference images or inspiration
  • Colors and styles you love (and hate) so that we don’t accidentally make your worst nightmare.
  • Where will the finished design be used (web, print etc.)
  • Some business information and links to your social media platforms and website.
  • Any other information related to the projet which help us create design with less revisions.
How do I request a revision?
Requesting a revision is the same process as requesting a new task. Email us at hello@zomlex.com with your revision request and our designer will take care of it. We don’t take 2 days for a simple 10 min revisions.
Account Questions
What timezone do you operate in?
Our business hours are from 9 am – 5 pm (UTC-08:00).
Are there any contracts or committments?
If you want to sign up for one month only, that’s fine. You are free to decide not to renew your monthly service anytime you like.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and more. Our payments are processed securely through Chargebee.

Can I change the plan at any time?
Sure. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Simply email us at hello@zomlex.com and we will take care of that for you.
How do I cancel my account?
We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your account, simply email us at hello@zomlex.com and we will do the rest.
What if I sign up and don't like the service?
All services come with a 7-day grace period. If you don’t like what you see in those first 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund. So, there’s absolutely nothing to lose by signing up and trying our service.
